- Try to work out if your child has a food sensitivity or what they could be allergic to. Some children could be allergic to pet hair or dust mites. If an allergy or irritation is detected try to minimise or eliminate exposure to this substance.
- Adding eucalyptus oil when washing bed clothes/manchester can help destroy dust mites.
- Keep rooms well ventilated and try to keep indoors as much as possible when pollen counts are high.
| Infants and children 6 months to 2 years | Initially give 1ml every 30 minutes or hourly for 4 doses. Thereafter, one dose every four hours may be given until symptoms are relieved. |

Ever since ive started using this on my 2 year old, she has never had a tempeartures associated with regular colds-I have never had to use panadol in the last 1 year seriously. She gets great relief each time. I discovered it by accident at BIGW one day and im glad i tried. The bottle is however only 50ml and only lasts for an average of 2 times so its alittle price , but totally worth it!!
